Summer Camp

Our weeklong day camps introduce riders to English riding and hands-on horsemanship in a structured, welcoming environment. Camps blend daily lessons with barn time, games, and horse care so campers build confidence on and off the horse.

    • Ages 7 and up

    • 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday

    • Located in Leonard, Michigan off Rochester Road

    • Designed for riders from beginner off-lunge through advanced lesson levels

    • Led by the Four Generations Farm training team with support from our riding school staff

    • Daily riding lesson tailored to each rider’s level

    • Grooming, tacking, and hands-on horse handling

    • Barn safety and basic horse care

    • Horsemanship lessons, team activities, and proper ring etiquette

    • Educational demonstrations from horse care professionals, including farriers and veterinarians

    • Crafts and horse-themed educational games

    • Water

    • Lunch

    • Snacks

    • Certified riding helmet

    • Hard sole boots with a heel

    • Change of clothes

    • Weather-appropriate layers

    • Sunscreen

    • Refillable water bottle

    • Full summer schedule releases in February

    • Seasonal camps open 3–4 weeks before the start date

    • Space is limited; early registration is recommended

    • A non-refundable deposit is due at registration; remaining balance is due two weeks prior to camp

    • Week-long day camp tuition will be published with the February schedule

    • Full payment and all required forms are due at registration

    • All campers must have a signed Release and Liability Waiver on file prior to attendance

    • Weather contingency plans are in place, with programming adjusted indoors as needed

Summer camp dates are released in February and will be posted here. Seasonal camp registration opens 3–4 weeks before the start of each camp.
